Order Processing:

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. You can expect an email from hello@lybl.co.za to confirm the receipt of your order.

 

Order Manufacturing:

NB: Please allow for the following lead times on your order:

5-6 weeks for throws

3-4 weeks lamp bases

3-4 weeks lamp shades

You can expect another email to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Local Delivery

During checkout, please enter your delivery address. Local delivery is available for addresses within South Africa.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping; delivery will be made to your selected courier service within South Africa.

 Please enter your selected courier service’s address at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
